- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cups hot beef broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooking cream
- Parmesan, to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation of creamy mushroom risotto
- Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and translucent.
- Add the risotto mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add hot broth one ladle at a time, stirring regularly.
- Stir in cream and parmesan until creamy.
