Whether for lunch or a snack, Chocodatte is a delicious hot chocolate mix, ideal for reducing stress and giving a boost of energy. Degla date sugar, used in the mixture to replace granulated sugar, adds a caramelized touch.
How to prepare Chocodatte:
Our Chocodatte mixture is easily prepared with a little hot water or milk, for a creamier touch, to which we add 2 cloves or a little cinnamon for a unique taste.
Suggested preparation (for 1 person):
- Heat 150 ml of milk or vegetable milk over reduced heat.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of our Chocodatte mixture.
- Add 2 g of cinnamon and 2 cloves (suggestion).
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Sprinkle with Degla date sugar if desired.
