Ingredients
Gluten-free orzo (rice flour, water, corn flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, canola oil, xanthan gum, salt, spices), dehydrated mushrooms, dehydrated celery, sugar, salt, mushroom powder, inactive yeast extract, garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder (mustard), red and green peppers, celery seeds, herbs, spices.
Preparation instructions

Add to the mixture:
- 4 cups (1 L) of hot broth
- A drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter
6 simple steps:
- Bring the broth to a simmer and keep it hot.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the orzo mixture and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
- Add the contents of the small sachet of spices and mushroom powder included in your mixture and mix well.
- Add the hot broth gradually , stirring until absorbed.
- Cook for about 20 minutes , until a creamy texture and tender orzo.
Optional gourmet tip:
Add grated parmesan, grilled vegetables, a drizzle of cream at the end of cooking or the protein of your choice.
