Ingredients
Gluten-free orzo (rice flour, water, corn flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, canola oil, xanthan gum, spices, salt), dehydrated tomatoes, dehydrated carrots, dehydrated celery, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs and spices.
Preparation instructions
12–15 min | 2–3 servings
Add to the mixture:
- 4 cups (1 L) of vegetable broth (30% less salt)
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
3 simple steps:
- Bring the broth and tomato purée to a boil.
- Stir in the orzo minestrone mix, vegetables and ½ sachet of spices.
- Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes , stirring occasionally.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve piping hot.
