Ingredients :
- 80 g of melting chocolate bar (unsweetened or semi-sweet).
- 65g butter
- 60 g powdered date sugar
- 20 g icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate spread
Preparation :
- Shape individual balls with the chocolate spread and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
- Add one egg at a time to the mixture, beating them by hand.
- Add both sugars to the mixture and then slowly incorporate the flour.
- Butter the 4 molds (chocolate fondant molds or muffin molds), flour them and pour the mixture halfway, place the frozen balls in the middle and cover with the remaining mixture.
- Cook at 300°F for 8 minutes.
