Preparation steps
1. Cooking gluten-free orzo
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

- Stir occasionally during cooking.
- Drain, add a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
2. Preparation of the beef filling
- In a pan, heat the olive oil.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red pepper and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
- Add the minced meat and brown it evenly.
- Add salt, pepper, herbs or spices of your choice.
3. Assembling the tomato sauce
- Pour the tomato puree into the pan with the meat and vegetables.
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes to develop the aromas.

4. Finalization and gratinating
