Ingredients :
FOR THE PANCAKE DOUGH:
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) date sugar
- 3 eggs
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) canola oil or butter
FOR THE CARAMELIZED APPLES:
- 4 Granny Smith or Cortland apples
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) butter
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) date sugar
FOR THE DATE SYRUP SAUCE:
- 250 ml (1 cup) date syrup
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sweetened condensed milk
