  • 300 g of peeled shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. of Delicia Creation Sel Fou Salt
  • Vegetables of your choice (cucumbers, grated carrots, edamame, radish, mango, etc.)
  • Homemade sauce, spicy mayonnaise or vinaigrette of your choice (optional: tahini sauce, rice vinegar, date syrup, etc.)

Preparation steps

Cooking Gluten-Free Orzo

  1. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  2. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat slightly.

  3. Add a full bag of gluten-free orzo (about 255g for 3 servings).

  4. Stir regularly with a wooden spoon to prevent the orzo from sticking to the bottom. Note that it is normal for the water to change color due to the starch contained in the orzo dough.

  5. Cook for 10 to 13 minutes , depending on the desired texture.

  6. Drain the orzo and rinse thoroughly with cold water to stop the cooking process and preserve its firmness.

Preparation of sautéed shrimp

  1. In a hot pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. Brown the minced garlic, then add the shrimp.
