To make this happiness in the mouth, you will need:

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup date sugar
  • 1 C. vanilla soup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup semi-salted butter, melted
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. baking powder soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt tea
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Roasted almonds and hazelnuts
  • Date syrup (for finishing)

Preparation :

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs for a good 5 minutes. The preparation will thus be lighter.
  2. Add the date sugar, vegetable oil, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.
  5. Place the mixture in a socket and fill the muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once cooked, unmold and leave to cool on a rack.
  8. As beige is not very sweet, we can have fun “decorating” it by adding our date syrup like icing.
  9. To taste, add sprinkle with roasted almonds and hazelnuts!
