Sel Fou is a specialty of Île de Ré, France. Made from Biosel flakes ( a pure salt reduced in sodium and rich in minerals) and 9 quality spices. It's an all-purpose seasoned salt that will quickly become a must-have in your kitchen. The perfect seasoning to reduce your salt consumption.
