Spinach Salad Recipe with Date Sugar Dressing

A salad full of color and flavor that will perfectly accompany all your dishes!

Ingredients :

For the dressing:

• ¼ cup white vinegar
• ½ cup of olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground pepper
• 1 tablespoon Degla date sugar Création Delicia
• 1 chopped clove of garlic

For the salad:

• 2 cups baby spinach
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
• ¼ cup of pomegranate seed
• ½ cup of sliced pear
• ½ cup of walnut kernel

Preparation :

1. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and set aside.
2. Mix salad ingredients and pour dressing over salad before eating.
